It’s with great pleasure that the Ontario Travel Information Centre team announces the OTMPC Annual Travel Information Services Conference is now open for registration!

DATE:            Oct 11 – Oct 13, 2017
LOCATION:  Caesars Windsor, 377 Riverside Drive E, Windsor, ON

Join the delegates for three days of education and entertainment and learn how the world of travel information continues to evolve.

Today, there are more and more opportunities to create customer connections. These range from online reviews to social media to phone calls – and yes, face to face interactions.

Explore ways to establish – and strengthen – customer connections during all points of travel as well as impacting the visitors’ path to purchase.

There are a wide range of exciting speakers including David Prentice on “How to Create Super Charged Customer Service.” Other keynote speakers include guests from TripAdvisor, Google Canada and Service Ontario.

There will also be an industry marketplace sponsored by our good friends at Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island, Attractions Ontario, Resorts of Ontario and Camping in Ontario

Plus, there will be several exhilarating and enticing options for product tours.
