The four-hour workshops covered everything event and festival organizers need to know about having alcohol served at a large event from applying for a liquor licence to insurance to site plans and rules and regulations.

• Gord MacKay, Lakeshore Recreation/ Rod Boynton, Innisfil Community Events:  Holding events in a licenced establishment and how an off-site caterer’s licence works
